- do you have anything happening in the game with this or just the LE ?
- Do you have any NAPs active in your hood ? If so, which ones ?
Sometimes when I travel to places my game will freeze and the LE will pop up. Even when the game doesn't freeze the LE will still show up. I don't have any NAP's active.
