The hand fan you can get through the event can't be used, even though there's a way to use it in the game files.
Ideas
I've seen people unlock the fan and use it; so why are people just now having issues with it? I just thought it was a matter of temperature in-game, but people can't even see the option just grayed-out? What the heck?
