The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I noticed this last time I played too.
Technically I noticed it a few days ago, but as I had moved my cemetary to a larger lot (an operation I knew was bound to cause problems) I thought it was related to that. But I had a sim die and when I went to set up her grave with a memorial portrait, nothing showed on said portrait.
