The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM and it's driving me insane! I believe it's all the 'generated' photos.
Same goes for any kind of painting you 'paint for reference'.
