The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

For the record, it just happened again with the same outfit and a very similar self-portrait. At least the self-portrait was a Masterpiece, so she could sell it for a healthy profit.
