The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

This just happened to me. I haven't used this feature in a few weeks, but when I went to add some tombstones to my legacy cemetery the memorial portraits are blank white after assigning a Sim. Previously assigned portraits still seem to be fine.
