The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

The same happened to me, I also notice that the paintings my sim does show up normal in her cataloge, but when she put them up on the saleboard from Business and Hobbies it shows up blank. But when I go to the main menu and back it shows up normal again with the imagine. So it seems to be something buggy with the imagine showing in general.
