The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

If you have a picture of the Sim taken from phone, camera, ect, you can drag that to the frame and it will show up.
Thank you! Apparently this works. I had to go back to a previous save, take a picture of that sim and return to my current save. I hope they solve this bug soon because it is really annoying.
