The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Same issue here, on XBox, Version 2.19.4.2310.
I've a memorial portrait created previously, but now, I'm unable to replace the picture by a new one.
Why are you trying to replace it?
