The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Been playing sims for years and just recently got back into playing. Sim family has twins, both graduated at the same time (high school & college) and their graduation photos that automatically go into their inventory are either completely blanks or just have yellow and green lines running along.
