The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

My sim just graduated Ubrite and her grad photo in blank white. I've also had locked family portrait turn white (the L&D bonus item.)
