The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

What I mean is, it seems my game doesn't recognize my Sims. When someone graduates from college and it throws up a graduation photo, my portrait automatically turns white. And recently, when I had a funeral, when I chose the deceased Sim to put in the funeral portrait, it automatically turned blank. It's not even a character silhouette, it's automatically white. I urgently need to fix this issue. I'm playing a legacy game, and the memories of my Sims mean a lot to me.
P.S. I've already hit repair on the EA app and even restarted my laptop. It's definitely the game.
