The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Found a semi-workaround for this issue (though it doesn't solve it completely).
If I revert to DX9 (which requires disabling Memory Boost), I can again successfully assign ghost Sims to the Memorial Portrait, and their picture shows up as expected. However, this seems only to work on my home lot, as when I tried to assign the portrait on the Memorial Display in the Celebration of Life festival (in the middle of Crow's Crossing), it does not work there. I didn't test on community lots, just my home lot (which is in Crow's Crossing) and the festival as it is an easy one to test as it appears on the first day of any new Save File.
