The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I had to replay the high school graduation ceremony twice since the first time my sim didn't even receive a photo, however now she gets a photo and it's blank. I reset the photo, changed frames/filters, and even replayed the ceremony again in a recovered save and I still get a blank photo. I don't even have the opportunity of saving it to a room on the gallery since it automatically goes straight into their inventory blank. Please tell me there's a temporary fix for this!
I just wanted to say im having the same problem, but with college graduation. I've replayed graduation 3 times now. I've also tried placing it on a wall and changing filters on the photo to no avail. I have just completed a repair on the game (EA app) and tried graduation again, same issue. Really disappointing as I enjoy displaying my heirs graduation photos alongside their diplomas in my legacy families and a blank photo doesn't really make a good display.
