The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I am also having the same issue. Graduation photos for both high school and college are blank.
yup my sim graduated today and her photo is white

my sims now has three degrees, and two photos are white and the most recent one was black right off the bat
