The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Just had a funeral and the photo from the last funeral was still there, when I tried to change it it just went all white. Other photos seems to work in my game, no black/missing photos taken by sims. Have not had a sim graduate recently so don't know about that one.
