The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Blank white photo in place of graduation photo. I think this first occurred around one of the patches for Enchanted by nature, because now it's happened a second time with a different sim. I sent twins to Uni, a boy and girl. The boy got a photo but it's labeled with his sister's name! Sister got the blank white photo.
