The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I have the same issue. My Sims in various saves have graduated high school and their photo is blank in their inventory. I've never used mods or cc in my game and own all packs.
