The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I just had this issue but with the blank rather than black. I was having issues when the new forever friends event happened with the digital frame where my pictures were all black. Now I'm having this issue where my University graduation picture is this weird picture. Never seen this ever in the game before. I've seen the black, I've seen the weird weird colory (green) glitchy looking one, but this is new.
