The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

I'm having the same issue with graduation photos as well as photos generated after a hangout event - those turn white. Photos taken from my sims phone or camera sometimes turn black. I have repaired the game and the issue persists.
