The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

This is happening to me as well. Both my Sim's high school and university grad portraits came out blank white; however, gold-level date and hangout photos generate fine. I have not experienced a death yet, so I can't attest to the memorial portraits.
