The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Same here, and I've never had CC or mods. The first time I noticed it happen was about a week before the recent update when my sim graduated and received a white photo. The next time was when I had a sim memorialise a photo with a ghost for a quest, can't remember if it was before or after the update. And the next time was at a funeral a few days ago.
