The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

New save, newly created sim, university graduation portrait showed up blank/white. The frame appeared but no image was generated. The photographs that sim took during university survived. I had run a full repair of the game just prior to starting this save.
PC, no mods nor CC ever.
