The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

The university graduation photo cannot be displayed and is blank. I have not installed any additional mods, and this issue has persisted for two months now, affecting several save files.
