The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

Despite what was announced, commemorative and graduation photos are still all white, even on a new save file (made after the 12.2025 update)! It's annoying not being able to have memories of our Sims' graduations, especially considering the length of university. And unfortunately, there are no memories of our deceased Sims either, since eventually the photos taken by our Sims turn black... So no commemorative photos, no graduation photos, and almost no photos of our Sims! When will this be fixed?

what announcement are you referring to ? They only fixed part of the black picture issue.
The graduation/memorial pics is different and it's still being worked on, currently targeted for the January patch
