The memorial portraits from the Life and Death Expansion Pack appear to be bugged as they no longer generate an image of a deceased sim, instead showing a blank white image.

A friend of mine found a work-around. If you have your game in Directx12(I believe) it'll cause the issue. Put it in Directx11 and the photos will be fine. I tested it myself in a previous save file.
