I have the same problem. I have no mods or cc. I play on a 2023 ASUS Tuff Gaming F15 laptop with nothing but Sims 4 on it. Edith was there when I got there but immediately disappeared after I spoke to her and was replaced by some guy. I would post screenshots but I don’t see the option.
