[LD] Edith the Ghost Replaced by Random Sim

After the update released on July 1st, Edith the Ghost from the Life and Death expansion pack has been replaced by a random Sim, as seen on the videos I shared. I currently own all packs. I not...

Hey, today I interacted with Edith. When it's morning the ghost Edith disappeared but another Sim appeared and all the interactions indicate that this Sim is actually Edith. Anyone encountered this?
