{I also have this problem i even tried adding Esther to my sims household to get a new Ghost Host but it still didn't work Id like a solution as well considering you cant even cheat it in debug cause it wont drag to the sims inventory}-Initial Post: Edit; I got it to work, i grabbed my alive sim in world and made her a temporary ghost got the card and gifted it to my ghost from the start sim and it does count in the collection
