I have the same power off issue with Hallowed Grounds lot trait. Usually, power off lasts only few hours but now it lasts for several days! I cannot open the small business on this lot because there's not power. I cannot use the fridge because no power. Even using a fridge supposed to be working off the grid does not help because there's no option to add ice. I also tried to remove the Hallowed grounds traits, but power is still not available. Tried adding the off-the-grid trait then removing it, but still doesn't solve the issue.
Also, not sure if it is related but Edith invites herself to my house and I cannot ask her to leave. My sim is in the big manor just near the Edith location In Ravenwood..
