I am using the basegame family portrait that was rewarded with the release of Sims Mobile years ago.

It seems to happen when I reload the game on a different lot than my sims’ home lot. It happens both when unlocked and locked. To get the portrait back I have to unlock the photo, or change the pose if it’s unlocked.

I have removed my mods, I have a new Sims 4 folder, and it’s still a problem.
