[LD] Sim in another household not dying/repeat inventory message

Have the same issue without Life and Death. I'm on console, so no cheats can help here.  If I go over to the dying sim's house, it might let them ide. Sometimes, however, I have to control them to get it done. Now Grim has started taking them twice. I have two urns from the last one this happened to.

Playing on PC, no mods active and started after the new update. My Sims keep getting notifications about the same family members dying. Even after they have died, another notification comes in for the same Sim.

When you get a pop-up to tell you that a Sim in a former household has died, it gives 3 options - delete inventory, move inventory to form a household or have inventory remain with ghost.

If you choose move inventory to form a household that doesn't work, it only lets you delete or remain with ghost.

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing ?
• What exactly happens when you choose the move inventory option ?

I had the same issue when playing yesterday. Abel, the child of Yoltic from my previous household, received a pop-up about Yoltic's inventory. I chose one of the options, but got the same pop-up again and again. I rebooted the game but it didn't help. In the end, I had to go to my previous household and kill Yoltic in CAS. He was actually going to die soon.

I'm on computer, not using moods. 

I'll get a death notification asking what to do with their inventory and usually I select the second option to have their inventory move to their former household. Anyways, I get the notification over and over again until I exit the game and restart. 

Same here. I do have Life & Death. The dying sim is my played sim's father, an elder probably dying of old age. I have been trying to select move inventory to former household inventory (he lives with his wife who is not yet an elder). He has left some heirlooms in his will to his wife and some to his daughter, who is the sim I'm currently playing. Not sure if there is some sort of complicating inventory issue going on because of that.

This has happened to me in two different legacy save files. I get a pop up that an older relative has died and asked what to do with inventory. It doesn't matter which option I choose, I still get the pop up multiple times. The fix I have found is to save and then go play on the lot where the elder sim lives. As soon as you load in the sim will die and be reaped and you can save and return to the current household and the pop ups stop.

I play on PC with no mods.

This is happening in my legacy save for previously played gens. If you pick the middle option you keep getting the pop up. If you pick the other option they will die.

When I picked the middle option then travelled to his house and watched him die it seemed to resolve the issue (of which i then went and got the blank memorial photo for too, lol)
