[LD] Unable to return to office when on assignment on reaper career

Happens most of the time. I complete all tasks on assignment on reaper career, until it only says return to office as a task. Then, option to return to office does not appear when I click on my sim. ...

It has happened at different skill levels and with different sim/save files.
