Happens most of the time. I complete all tasks on assignment on reaper career, until it only says return to office as a task. Then, option to return to office does not appear when I click on my sim. Have tried resetting my sim and it still does not appear.

yep, same here, havent found a working fix either, ended up just chilling at the house for hours flirting with grim and telling witnesses jokes lol. glad i'm not the only one experiencing this
I am also having this issue with my Sim at level 3 of the career.
Having the same issue. No mods or CC. It started in level 1 of the career for me and has continued into level 2 so I can never go back to the office after completing all my work tasks.
Its happened to me every time after reaching level 3 in the career, this pack is beyond bugged.
When I go out and do a job, complete all the tasks, and it's time to return back to the office sometimes the "return to office" choice does not show when I click on my character. Sometimes restarting my game helps but other times it says something similar to cannot save game progress because of the current situation when I try and exit to game to re-boot it.
I may have found a solution... With testingcheats on, go to Modify in CAS, and just exit CAS. The option to Return to Office finally appeared for me. Hopefully this works for others and that this gets debugged eventually.
Not working for me.. Can't enter cas while a sim is dying (i reaped them already tho). Having the same issue as other people too at reaper career level 4. Currently using mccc and ui cheats, cant save while a sim is dying to checck if the issue persists without mods.
This has only just started happening for me after I have purchased strangerville/fitness stuff/paranornal stuff/spooky stuff (purchased all packs at once)
Good deal but I'm totally not that motivated, even for a paycheck. Sad but true.
I am also having this issue. I did not have it previously in the career when I played a few months ago, but my sim is at Level 9 and can no longer return to the office while out on assignment.
