Light Color doesn't change

This is happening in my game too. Every update “change” the bug but I can’t still use the wheel. Sometimes never appears, sometimes is like you describe 

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• A picture of the issue

I do not use mods. I’m playing in a MacBook Pro. I’ll try to grab a picture when I play next. I just avoid it now. 

after updating my game to version 1.118, i cannot set lights color or intensity. i cannot do it in any lights (wall, ceiling, etc). i select the option to do it (i tried all lights, single light and room light) and nothing happens. i tried with no mods and the problem persists. already tried to reset the lights, tried change the lot type and tried moving out, and then moving in the family again. 

Seems like the recent update fixed this for me. Tried on light fixtures but not lamps (I stopped using them because of this bug) and it was working when I played
