[LLQE] Regal Residence: Multiple Notification about Property Value drop/increase

I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue related to the “Stately Estate” lot trait and the “Happiness Bought with Money” moodlet, and I’m curious if others are seeing the same thing.

From what I’ve observed, this issue does not depend only on the active lot. It seems to occur as long as either the lot or the Sim has the “Stately Estate” trait.

In my case, the lot I am currently playing on does not have this trait. However, when a visiting Sim arrived who appears to have this trait, the issue started immediately.

Repeated notifications related to the trait began appearing, and the Sim kept performing celebratory actions such as setting off fireworks. These actions repeated continuously and interrupted normal gameplay.

When I switched to play that Sim, the issue became more noticeable. Notifications appeared very frequently, and the Sim kept queueing actions automatically, making it difficult to control normal gameplay.

This makes it seem like the trait effect is not being limited properly and can carry over between Sims and lots.

I also found a similar report about repeated notifications and property value increase and decrease related to this trait, posted about a month ago in the bug reports section. This makes me think the issue might not be isolated.

In the last screenshot, the Sim shown is the one who has the trait. She invited my Sim to a ball, and the issue started as soon as she arrived on the lot.

If anyone else is experiencing the same behavior, especially when the trait exists on either the lot or the Sim, it would be helpful to compare.

I am having a similar problem. I removed the trait. It didn't work. I moved my sims out to an empty lot. No notifications. When I moved them back to the lot - without that lot trait - it started again. It's so bad that the male sim has this trait follow him wherever he goes. I can't even play my game because my sim almost starved. It took them 6 sim hours to eat breakfast (just leftovers) because of the constant animation. It's irritating. This was a new game I created just before the new pack came out.

I have the same issue and see a lot of people on Facebook complaining about it too. On PC, no mods or CC. 

Same issue except backwards.  I moved my Sims out of a lot it was applied to (where it was initially fine) into one that doesn't have it. 

I've removed it from every household I play and it's still happening. 

I’m a PS5 player and I’ve encountered a severe issue with the "regal residence" lot trait.

After applying this trait, I started receiving a constant stream of spam-like notificatio

ns about my property value increasing and decreasing. It was so overwhelming that the game became unplayable. While removing the lot trait solved the issue for me, it’s ridiculous that the rewards I worked for—including the family relic ring—are essentially unusable due to bug.

This is a frustrating experience, and I hope to see a fix for this immediately.

Any resolution to this bug?

mediocrevillager​ You're welcome, but would you mind clarifying whether or not that cheat fixed the problem? I'd just like to know if it's a reliable fix and "This is helping so far" sounds more like I offered you a soothing balm for a second-degree burn.

Traits.remove_trait regalresidence

This worked for me. Just give it a couple of minutes after inputting the code. There might be a backlog of pre-queued notifications that the game will have to vomit out before the notifications finally stop.

I keep getting a pop up EVERY 10 SIM MINUTES about the regal residence lot trait. My sim household does not have this lot trait.

I've tried removing all mods and cc and still occurs in the household. Tried adding mods to remove all of my sim's buffs, but it still reappeared, and again, messages every 10 minutes about the lot value.

Thinking it might be triggered by a royal sim visiting who does have that lot trait on their property, but the bug hasn't gone away with them leaving my sim's lot.
