[LLQE] Regal Romancer: Multiple Notification about Property Value drop/increase

- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

For whatever it's worth, I had this same issue and I was able to specifically isolate it to having the Regal Romancer lot trait at the same time that I had Stay Over guests on my lot. As soon as I got rid of the guests, this notification bug / Sim interaction stalling bug ceased.

This issue did not occur during normal gameplay or when I had Social Events on my home lot, only when I had Stay Over guests specifically.

Noticed this bug showing up for me when I had Stay Over guests too. It doesn't seem to have gone away after sending them home though.

I'm playing the Thebe family, so there is someone with the Regal Romancer trait in the family.

Mac, no mods.

I'm playing the Thebe family also! What worked for me is removing the Regal Residence lot trait after the Stay Over guests left, exiting build mode, reentering build mode, and then re-enabling the trait. That fixes the bug for a while.

Just a few minutes ago though, I had the bug re-surface, this time when using the Skillful Sleep mastery skill ability, which generates a ghost of yourself to learn skills. I wonder if this lot trait is bugging out every time there are non-resident, non-employee sims staying at the lot...

I just collected the reward from today’s event and added it to my lot. The notification and celebration (over the sim) keep happening over and over again. I’m on the PS5. 

Happens with me too. Sim just back from work and notifications began to spam every second. Reload didn`t help.

I changed family, waited some in-game hours there, saved in there, reloaded game, changed family back and only then spam stopped. It happened several times, only this scheme works. But it should be fixed! 

Why we are actually have this notification, there is too many already without it. We need some feature to choose notifications we wanna see at least.

I added the new event lot trait to a lot worth over 500k. For maybe half a sim day all was fine, and then I started getting 'Lot below 250k' 'Lot above 250k' notifications on the loop. They only stopped after removing the trait. After each notif, my sim started a little celebration animation too, so aside from visual mess, it also looped me into an inifite animation (bc moodlets kept switching).

PC, no mods, R&L installed. Sims affected are nobles living in a renovates Thebe castle in Verdemar (in case it's the lot glitching).

The lot value never went below 250k. I was also not doing anything that could change lot value at the time (my sim was teaching their toddler some blocks).

The notification would be useful if it was accurate! 

The problem with the notification spam is that it appears to be bugged, occurring constantly even though your house (for example, in my case Verdemar Palace) is nowhere near being at risk of falling below 250K. And more than just notification spam, it causes the sims on the lot to lock up in a repeating set of happy and tense animations as the game thinks the lot is constantly reaching and falling below the 250K threshold when it actually isn't.

What it SHOULD be doing is only triggering that notificaiton when your lot value actually crosses the 250K threshold in either direction, which should be be like a one-time occurence.
