The royal envoy does not arrive at magnolia park to play chess. She does not arrive by herself and when I try to summon her she does not come. I can call her to my home lot but she will not play ches...

I've tried multiple times to use "Call Emissary" to call the Envoy to the lot, but everytime it just circles and completes but she never appears. This has become a blocker to event progress because I am at the point that I NEED to summon her at the Magnolia Park in order to complete the event, and my workaround of switching Played Households doesn't effect Venues such as parks.
Tbpf this never would've been a problem IF I had been good on needs when needing to win a chess game against the envoy, so much that I had to return to my home after getting to the park. But I had to head home, and now because of this bug I'm going to miss out on the Fairy Princess Gown I wanted so badly...this is not right, so I'm reporting the bug with the event as a last ditch attempt to still get my Fairy Princess Gown.
I'm experiencing the same issue but nothing I tried has helped and when I try to summon her with her ID it says sim not found even though I typed the name right and everything. Also she just disappeared from my relationship panel even though my sims were friends with her so now I can't continue the event to get the dress as well and I was really looking forward to it.
Ok, maybe try this: download from the gallery Marina Corsair from Satellitesniper. Move her into a standalone house ( do not play her). Have your sim visit her lot and meet her. Then go to your home Lot and try "call" or "invite" from the phone or friends panel. Hopefully, this helps.
This helped fix my issue. The original Sims that I started the event with died, and I was stuck on the " call envoy" quest, but my sim's child did not interact with her, and I could not get her to spawn, no matter what I tried. I tried this, and it worked, and I was able to continue with the rest of the quest. i hope this works for you or helps fix the issue
I'm having the same issue. She doesn't appear in my relationship group now at all and won't show up at the park. So I am essentially stuck. Very frustrating.
