[LLQE] Royal Enovy does not arrive at Magnolia Park/Not winning chess

She only appeared on my own LOT when i called her - then again deleted the 50x50 lot in willow creek and replaced it with Magnolia Blossom park - waited and waited, clicked on the chess table to "play with.." but she never showed up. Clicked on my sim to "invite emissary over to lot" - she never showed up. Did this many times when my sim was in the park from 6am to 10pm - chatted her on the phone - apparently she showed up in onother event "hang out with friends" but never showed up at the park... why is that???? I am on mac have no cc 

#updated: I quit the game and restarted it - this time travelled to the park (make sure you find the point of entry) - after calling the envoy over (click on your sim to call the envoy) - go to the entry point of the park (where townie sims appear and disappear) and there is the envoy. Pause the game and quickly start chatting with her. Pause again and take her to a chess table. My sim's logic level is 5 and my sim won and a new quest is gained

#Note: next quest was municipal muses - i put it the original municipal muses on a 40x30 lot in willow creek - it did not work - it never detected that my sim travelled to municipal muses even though it was the maxis version - so you HAVE TO PLACE the original municipal muses museum (maxis) on the EXACT LOT it was originally built - so i had to bulldoze my edited lot to replace it with maxis on the particular lot - only then the quest progressed.
