The royal envoy does not arrive at magnolia park to play chess. She does not arrive by herself and when I try to summon her she does not come. I can call her to my home lot but she will not play chess there.

Hello I'm having issues with the current event the lost legacies and the royal envoy. Each time it gets to contact the royal envoy Marina Corsair is Mia. I have used the cheat others recommended. It worked only once the last time but now it happened again and I used the cheat only for it to say sim not found. I tried clearing my cache, repairing the game to no avail. I don't want to miss out on its rewards but if it won't work then I'm afraid I will. Other are also having the same issue. Please please pleeeeease fix this or recommended another way to work arround it. Thank you

Hi there! If you play on PC / Laptop, you can use the UI Cheats mod to complete the evenr tasks by right-clicking them. I know, its not as exciting as actually playing the event, but at least it lets you get all rewards. Good luck :)
Hi AngieRu, If you open your cell phone social menu, and scroll down past all the chat options, is there a separate option to call the envoy?
Or if you click on your active sim is there a self-interaction to call her to the lot?
for me it does also not work.. also none of my sims seem to know her anymore, so I can't invite her to join either....
"The Pirate Princess" section unable to interact with a Royal Envoy at Magnolia Blossom Park in Willow Creek. Unable to phone Envoy while on lot and back home lot.
Lost Legacies event "Call Envoy" bugged. Envoy Marina Corsair keeps being deleted from my sims contacts. I can't call her to move on with the event.
I ran into this issue yesterday. tried to call her but she was no longer in my contact list. this morning i repaired the game - idk the technical name, but its where you initially hit play game from the EA app. Once I repaired it there was a function on the phone that specifically said call envoy. it just worked
I am now at the 3rd week and can't call Marina Corsair (Royal Envoy), I've tried some cheat codes as explained here "https://gamerant.com/the-sims-4-how-find-royal-envoy-call/", but it seems like Marina doesn't exist...
I'm having the same problem. I tried to use a cheat to summon her, but it said her sim id was not found.
