After not playing for a while, I realised there was an update.. so after logging in I've lost all my pets from my family but also my house I worked so hard on throughout the years I've had it. I'm so down about it.. so I tried to add a new animal and it's not even giving me the opition to add any..
And also looking into my gallery they are not there either.
did you loose them before or after you removed your mods/cc ?
As for the gallery, stuff is sorted differently now so you might need to sort by newest manually.
What do you mean by it's not giving you the option to add any ? Do you not have any pets in CAS ? Do you still have the world and the pack activated ?
Hey so I have the pets extention pack I paid for and it's just not letting me add any new pets to the family..
I didn't remove my mods?
It could be either cause an incompatible mod removed things or because the pack isn't properly activated.
Does everything else from the pack work ?
Please test without mods/cc on a backup. Removing mods will not give you the pets back, you'll need to go back to a backup for this but you can check if you get the option without mods/cc.

A new save will probably be fine though so you need to copy back your save game but if your save game was saved with no pets, then they will stay gone.

Did you check in the marketplace if the pack is enabled ?
