[LS] Cupid Corner Sim reverts to old appearance/outfit on travelling

I remade a townie sim,  now anytime any sim in the house hold travels to a different lot, the thumbnail as well as the sim reverts to old appearance and outfits. Is this a current bug or is there a w...

was this a townie you got through cupid's corner ? The issue was supposed to be fixed in the update.

Could you please move your entire mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache and not just disabling.

Yes it was a townie in cupids corner. I removed my mods to my desktop and deleted the local thumbcache. I started a new save, different sims, etc found a townie in cupids corner and the same thing. They revert back to their original looks. 
My game is updated to the current version. I updated it yesterday.
