[LS] Cupid Corner Sim reverts to old appearance/outfit on travelling

firstly i use cc, no script or gameplay mods tho, just build and cas items

and im on pc

so quick backstory, this occurred with a sim i matched with on cupids corner (gallery sim)

 my sim became partners with them so i wanted to give this sim a makeover

entered cas through shift clicking and modify in cas (cas.fulleditmode was enabled) gave the sim a makeover whatever whatever, come back to live mode and they look how they did before the makeover, i go back into cas (same way as before - shift click) they have all the adjustments i made, but ONLY in cas.

tried going to manage worlds and back, still the same, tried editing the outfit from manage world then playing and still the same, the sim shows as my new version on the little screen when u hover over a household, in manage households, on the home/start up screen and in cas

however, in live mode, the little image when u press resume save game and i believe the bar at the bottom where all ur sims are in live mode, it shows as the old sim

even weirder, the tattoos i added in my makeover (custom tattoos - incase this could be a cause) do show up in live mode, but i believe they're the only thing that does

forgot to mention, when i did this makeover this sim was NOT a part of my household, i since added them to see if that would change anything but it hasnt

i have also restarted the game and reloaded and its the same

i have attached screenshots of the same outfit in live mode and in cas, the sims change outfit menu, the home screen and the resume save screen
