This issue seems to be still happening as it is happening in my game right now. It seems to be purely visual as when going into CAS it shows the changed outfits. When having the sim change outfits in game, it shows the same number of outfits as the ones I created, but they all appear as the old one. Reloading the game fixes it, but it goes back after traveling.
