[LS] disabled attraction setting not preventing attraction and flirting

I noticed something when playing with turning attraction on and off for Morgan. I took him to a venue and enabled his attraction. Then I introduced him to the fairy Nadiya. Looking at the first screenshot, you can see the attraction symbol showing for her in the relationship panel. The second screenshot I took after I clicked on him and disabled attraction. Notice the magnet attraction symbol has disappeared from her in the relationship panel. I scrolled through his relationships and can see in the third screenshot that he still has attraction for his wife, AND ALSO Holly Alto. He has no romantic relationship with Holly, they are best friends only. So the attraction symbol should have went away and he should not be feeling attraction for her with his attraction disabled. Exiting and restarting the game has had no affect on resolving the problem. 

I had to edit and fix the pictures as I noticed they were not right. It's hard to see when putting them in. They are corrected now.
