I have the same issue! Although I use CC and mods. I use MCCC and disabled random flirting but even that isn't working... This ruined my legacy save so I hope it gets resolved soon.

Me too but I am not holding my breath. It is going to take a lot more than three of us to get them to look at it and I'm not waiting around for years. This one is just too game breaking.
