I added a pre-made sim to my household, went into create a sim using "plan outfits" on a dresser. I changed the clothes and added outfits etc., but upon returning to live mode nothing was changed. No matter what I did, the outfits aren't there, I can't change into them and going into nude does nothing, it's still stuck on the original look they had when they joined the household. This is only in live mode, in Create-a-Sim, everything is what I changed it to. No mods, no CC, cheats non-active. I don't know what to do, and restarting my save and whole game did not fix it.
Premade by someone from the gallery ?

The gallery is probably full of bugged Sims by now.
While I didn't get the sim from cupid's corner, it was a sim made by someone else in the gallery with entirely base game items. I didn't use the full edit in cas, and it was after I added them to my household. I ended up recovering a save, putting the problem sim into an empty lot, changing the outfits there and then evicting them so they are still in my game. No issues with this save but after trying it on the original, still nothing. Really bitter about the progress lost honestly but it seems to be a lost cause.

I'm going to lock this then. I don't know if gallery Sims generally also have this issue or there just so many in the gallery now that it occurs there too.
Please do repost in the other thread if you haven't. It's important to know for Maxis that it also happens with gallery Sims now. If you can remember/add the name/creator of the Sim, that would be even better.
