I’m not able to use my trackpad to move around it will zoom in and out but nothing else.. it’s really hard to play like this

I'm having the same problem. With the trackpad I can only move the screen, so I tried it with my Bluetooth mouse and it's the same. The right-click won't work at all and won't scroll, or zoom in. It seems to act normal only when you click and hold the scroll wheel, it highlights objects and sims like normal when hovering over them.
