I play Sims4 on my PS4 and I started playing January of 2025, this is my “Roze” world. During the month of June, a new update from Sims4 caused my game to consistently crash. Based on advice I got from the community, I bought the Cloud storage on my PS4 to back up all my saves and then delete Sims4 and reinstall it to see if that would stop the crashes. After reinstalling Sims4, along with my packs, it crashes once more and then not again. On August 21st, I created a new world to do the 100 baby challenge, my “V. Valen” world. I save, twice, after every gameplay and during the gameplay. When I went to check my saves on August 22nd, ALL of my saves were gone. Every single last one. When you save on the PS4, there’s always saves from prior to that day, I don’t know how many past saves are stored, but more than five. I had only one Save, my Valen world, on Sims4, when you open the app, and then when I checked all my saves of Sims4, via data management on my PS4, I only had saves from August 21st and August 22nd. Thus, my entire Roze world was gone. I retrieved my Roze save from the Cloud storage on the PS4, but I didn’t Cloud save my July saves of the Roze world, so those are still missing. This all happened in the day after I uploaded the new update, which I heard has a glitch of corrupting saves and erasing them. I believe my save is still “there”, in theory, but I can’t actually see it, or play it. I really want my July saves back, around July 16th and July 22nd. I made a lot of changes and progress with the new expansion pack. I was pretty sure I uploaded a new build to the gallery during that July period, but I don’t see it in the gallery, nor do I see the household I uploaded. Helppppp. Help help. Please help.
