Missing Skill Books for Child under Read and Read Something options on Bookcase

I have Base Game and Jungle Explorer and tested this without any mods.

I purchased each of the Vol 1 Skill books and set up the bookcase with no other books. I had a child with no skills click on the bookshelf and select Read.

There are only 2 skill books that show up: Archaeology and Fishing.

The child could not learn Archaeology by reading the Skill book, so it should not have displayed.

The child did learn Fishing from reading the Skill book, so that displayed correctly.

The books that the child gained skills from that did not show under the Read option are: Charisma, Logic, Mischief, Piano, Video Gaming, and Violin.

With nothing else in the bookcase except Vol 1 Skill books, the Read Something option will have the child read the Archaeology Skill book (cannot gain the skill) or the Fishing Skill book (can gain the skill). If those two books are removed from the bookcase, none of the other Skill books can be read using the Read Something option.
